REVIEW

This week, we paused our journey through Luke to remember what God has done over the last year.

Before Joshua led Israel into the Promised Land, God instructed His people to gather twelve stones from the Jordan River as a memorial. In the future, when people asked what those stones meant, they would have an opportunity to tell the story of God's faithfulness.

This week, we picked up "stones" of our own—not rocks, but stories. Throughout FULFILLED, we have seen the real Jesus revealed through Luke's Gospel.

We remembered that:

• Jesus calls us to live with urgency because He is worthy of being known.

• Repentance is more than changing our minds—it produces lives marked by obedience and generosity.

• Jesus did not come to invite us into empty religion but into a life-giving relationship with Himself.

• Following Jesus means trusting Him above everything else—even when life is uncertain.

We also celebrated how those truths have changed real lives within our church family.

-Rolland responded to Jesus with renewed urgency.

-Nicole experienced how genuine repentance transformed the way she lived.

-Colyn discovered that Jesus was very different from the religion that had pushed him away.

-Renee shared how the hope of Christ gave her confidence even while facing one of life's greatest uncertainties.

Each story was different, but every story pointed to the same Savior. Looking back reminds us that God is still working today. The same Jesus who transformed lives throughout Luke's Gospel is still calling people to Himself, changing hearts, and building His Kingdom.

Next week we begin a new section of Luke—The King's People—but before moving forward, we take time to thank God for what He has already done.

APPLY

One of the healthiest spiritual habits we can develop is remembering God's faithfulness.

When we stop and remember what God has done, it strengthens our faith for whatever comes next.

This week, ask yourself:

What is ONE way you have seen Jesus change your life during this journey through Luke? Maybe He has:

• given you greater urgency to share your faith.

• changed an area where He called you to obedience.

• helped you separate Jesus from unhealthy experiences with religion.

• deepened your trust during a difficult season.

• simply helped you know Him more personally through His Word.

Take time this week to thank God for that specific work.

Then ask Him to prepare your heart for everything He wants to teach you as we begin The King's People.

PRAY

Use prompts like these:

• "Jesus, thank You for everything You have taught me through Luke."

• "Help me remember Your faithfulness when life becomes difficult."

• "Continue changing my heart to look more like Yours."

• "Prepare me for what You want to teach me in this next season."

• "Use my story to encourage someone else."

Spend a few moments thanking God for the ways He has been faithful—not only throughout Scripture, but throughout your own life. Then ask Him to give you an open heart as we continue following the real Jesus together.
